Our grant cycle runs from January 1 – September 1.

Kohler Co. believes in contributing to the well-being of our associates, their families and the communities surrounding our manufacturing locations. Our contributions of cash, products and services, as well as the time that our associates contribute to the common good, reflect conscientious responses to realistic needs. They also illustrate the positive relationships that should exist between business and society.

Kohler's Corporate Giving Program focuses on three key areas:

  • Our Business (housing/building industry support, skilled trades and STEM careers, industry partnerships)
  • Our Communities (food insecurity, health and well-being, education, arts, natural environment)
  • Our People (associate giving, scholarships, associate relief)

A beneficiary of a corporate contribution from Kohler Co. must be a nonprofit organization as defined by the Internal Revenue Service. Contributions made from corporate headquarters in Kohler, Wisconsin, are generally limited to those organizations in the geographic area surrounding Kohler as well as the communities near our other U.S. locations.
